Initial Visit
A visit with the family and child is required before registration. Please call or email us to schedule this visit. We offer flexible hours to accommodate your convenience.

Registration (Non Refundable Fee)
A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 is required in order to secure your child’s space into the program. You will receive a complete package of information regarding center’s policies and procedures along with the enrollment forms at the time of registration.

VDSS Subsidy Financial Assistance Available
The Child Care Subsidy Program assists families in paying child care costs for children under age 13 who are not eligible to attend public school during the part of the day when public education is available, or children with special needs under age 18 who reside with the applicant. If you are eligible and are approved for services, the Subsidy Program can pay a portion of your child care costs directly to the child care provider.

Enrollment Documents Required

•  Health & Immunization Records (MUST be up to date)
•  Identity Verification (Child’s Birth certificate)
•  Parents /Guardian Contact Information
•  Emergency Contact Information
•  Medical Coverage Information
•  Enrollment Deposit (A Week’s Fee in advance) 

All the registration and enrollment forms, and the fees must be paid and submitted at least a week prior to the child’s start date. The registration forms, health and immunization records, and the child’s emergency contacts will be up dated annually. Parents MUST communicate immediately if any of their information has been changed.
